At Noble Panels and Gates, we take pride in being the industry leader, a status that has unfortunately led some competitors to attempt to replicate our success. While we appreciate the flattery, it's essential to recognize that many of these imitations have opted for shortcuts in design and material selection to cut costs. This approach results in products that lack the durability, functionality, and most importantly - the safety that our customers expect from us. We remain committed to upholding the highest standards in quality and craftsmanship, ensuring that our products not only meet but EXCEED industry benchmarks. Choose Noble Panels and Gates for the peace of mind that comes from investing in a truly superior product.
Noble vertical uprights are built out of the same strong material as the rails. Each upright extends all the way to the ground for SUPERIOR SUPPORT. Uprights are spaced evenly throughout the panel, never going over 6’ without a vertical upright - all the way to the ground. Unlike some manufacturers that use a smaller size tube, a z-channel, a thin flat strap, or other non-tube profile for the vertical center uprights. Some builders omit center uprights all together, this equates to an unsafe and inferior panel or gate.
Vertical Uprights-Panels & Gates
Bottom of the Vertical Uprights (Legs)
The bottom of each of our vertical uprights or legs are straight, and they run all the way to the ground. They do NOT have dangerous looped legs or skids at the bottom (where they hit the ground). Looped legs run the risk of an animal hanging a head or leg through the opening. The looped legs/skid design also allows the panel to push out of place.
*The steer in this photo was saved by the quick acting Ranchers that found him and cut the panel to release him from the dangerous looped leg he was stuck in*
All Noble Panels and Gates have a full length straight top rail with squared ends. There are no bent, rounded, curved or radius top corners. These designs are VERY dangerous leg traps. Stay away from this design. There have been many good animals lost when a front or hind leg was dropped down into this trap.
Smooth Squared Top Line
When connected together with Noble Panel Clamps, there is only a 3/8” gap between Panels. This virtually eliminates the chance that livestock may hang a leg in between panels where they are connected (unlike competitors with a wider space between panels or ones with curved/radius end uprights). Be aware of chain connections. This system is noisy, unreliable and unsafe. Chains can create an unsafe gap between panels, they loosen (making panels unstable), and they can create movement in the fence line.
Spacing Between Panels
All Noble Panels have caps permanently welded over the top exposed tube ends. This prevents bees/wasps from potentially nesting in the openings. Noble caps and covers the top of all panel uprights and the top / bottom of all Swing Gates. Many competitors plug ends with a pound-in plastic or rubber cap (sun and weather deteriorates these) or worse – leaves tube ends totally open! This creates a veritable wasp condo AND a sharp edge that can cause injury to your animals.
No Exposed Tube Ends
Each and every weld joint in a Noble Panel, Noble Gate, Noble Shelter or a Noble Stall is FULLY WELDED all the way around. This not only gives maximum strength and a smooth even finish, but virtually eliminates a chance for water to get inside the tube. Noble products do not rust from the inside out, like many competitors products! In addition, all weld joints in Noble products are wire brushed smooth and fully painted with a unique silver zinc-rich paint. This product has been specially formulated for Noble and is available only to us. It has THE best results in salt spray test booths (as a rust inhibitor).
