Square Tube Stall FrontsNOBLE STALLS are designed and built with the SAFETY and COMFORT of your horse in mind. They are as attractive as they are functional -- and they are easy to install. Whether you choose the affordable EVENT STALL system or the classic SQUARE TUBE STALL system you will find that our attention to detail is second to none. The horse stalls are custom built to your specification using only the finest material available. These materials are exceptionally strong and virtually rust-free. The framework is built with 2” X 2” square 16 gauge galvanized steel tube and is fully welded at each joint. The grills are constructed of 1-3/8” OD round 16 gauge galvanized steel tube set on 4” centers (leaves 2 5/8” between bars). These grill tubes are placed into the square tube frame with specially milled inserts. The finished product is a beautiful seamless grill offering unmatched strength. The wood insert mounts are formed with a heavy 12 gauge galvanized flat steel. The wood inserts are made one of two ways: a single flange for flat plywood inserts, or a double flange (channel) that accepts the timeless beauty of 2 x 6 Tongue & Groove lumber. Both leave no exposed wood edges for a horse to chew on. All welded joints are treated after fabrication with a zinc-rich rust inhibiting paint.
NOBLE horse stalls are available with either a Swing Door or a Sliding Door that offer a full 52” wide door opening. The sliding door can be ordered with permanent grills or with a Drop Down Grill that will allow a horse to have it’s head out into the alley. Sliding doors are installed onto the front at the factory with premium quality, easy-glide trolleys placed inside a round track. Both types of stall doors have an easy-to-use positive locking door latch. You may even choose the placement of the door: the right, the left or in the center of each front. Feed Door. This door is set into the grilled section of the
front and allows easy access to feed and water your horses. It
can be operated by one hand while the other hand is holding hay or grain.
The feed door is excellent when used with the NOBLE
CORNER FEEDER.
SQUARE TUBE STALL DOORS and GRILLS are available for those who prefer to finish or remodel their barn. Each is custom built to meet the requirements of each project. The STALL DOOR can be ordered in a swinging version or a sliding version and comes with latches and mounting hardware. The sliding version can have the optional Drop Down Grill added to it. STALL GRILLS for the front or side (divider) of the stall are available in heights up to 4’ and length up to 16’. Both the STALL DOORS and the STALL GRILLS are made from the same high quality materials as the full size SQUARE TUBE STALL FRONT and DIVIDER.
